Although there are challenges with attaining Hydrogen, it is the most common element in the universe. Unlike fossil fuels, hydrogen would never run out.
More Powerful and Energy Efficient than Fossil Fuels
Being three times more powerful than petroleum(a hydrocarbon) and 10x more energy dense per weight than Lithium Ion batteries means that fewer cells are needed to power machines and vehicles, which in turn offers weight savings and other advantages.
Hydrogen is a Clean Energy Source
Hydrogen fuel cells are a non-toxic source and therefore superior in this way to coal, natural gas and nuclear power which are all either potentially dangerous or hard to obtain.
Zero Emissions
Hydrogen reacts to oxygen without being burnt and doesn’t produce carbon dioxide with many other power sources.
Hydrogen Australia's Purpose
Hydrogen Australia is based in Canberra and is working to develop a platform to provide consumer confidence in the renewables sector.
We are a venture working hard to look into the vast potential of hydrogen and how it can fuel the world for future generations. We aim to build awareness on our pursuit into a cleaner future with more efficient power aiming and looking at new zero.
